The following members are authorised to sign Eligibility and Standard Declaration Forms for cars on the CPS. These members are club scrutineers and safety officers:

(No new cars will be admitted to the scheme unless the VicRoads CPS officer grants prior permission.)

 

Club scrutineers and safety officers are for signing off on the VicRoads Vehicle Eligibility and Standards Declaration forms and for advice only.

Vehicles registered with the club require a roadworthy certificate.

Vehicles manufactured pre-1949 can be registered pending an inspection by club scrutineers, as opposed to a roadworthy certificate.
