CURRENT FINANCIAL MEMBERS

Firstly, you will need the VicRoads forms along with your RWC. These forms can be
obtained from the VicRoads website. Proceed as follows:

Registration — Limited Use Permits — Club Permit Scheme — Get a Club permit
Step 4 - Complete the forms and get your application approved by the club.
Download: Vehicle eligibility and standards declaration for club permit vehicles.
Download: Club permit application.

Photographs required:

• Front of vehicle.

• Back of vehicle

• Driver’s side of vehicle

• Driver’s side with the door open

• If possible but not compulsory a photo of chassis and engine numbers

 

Forward the two completed forms along with a copy of your roadworthy certificate and photographs (if not emailed) with a stamped self-addressed envelope to:

The processed paperwork will be forwarded back to you. Alternatively, you can always call into one of our Safety Officers (please ring first). We will also supply a letter to VicRoads confirming that the applicant has supplied the photographs required. Upon receiving your plates and logbook from VicRoads, you must let the club know of your registration number and expiry date.

NEW AND NON-FINANCIAL MEMBERS

You will have to join the club by filling out the membership form and paying your fees as per the membership form.
You will also need to confirm first what type of car you have and if you want it on the CPS. Once the club has approved your membership and supplied you with a membership card, you can proceed as above, including all photographs as outlined.
The processed paperwork will be forwarded back to you. As above, we will also supply a letter to VicRoads confirming that the applicant has supplied the photographs required. Upon receiving your plates and logbook from VicRoads, you must let the club know of your registration number and expiry date.
